BSA Troop # 44

About Us

Welcome to Troop 44!

Troop 44 is a very active Boy Scout Troop with a committed membership, involved parent leadership, and a diverse outdoor program.

We take canoe trips down the Sacramento River, we backpack in the High Sierra, we camp in snow caves, we rock climb and take long mountain bike camping trips. We have explored the top of Half Dome, have had adventures in Alaska, sailed a historic wooden schooner in the San Juan Islands, and traveled throughout Oregon.

We are a boy run troop fostering leadership skills and responsibility, and we are concerned about the development of each boy's character.
